The Organizing Committee has selected hotels in different rate categories and secured special rates for WCHR 2014 participants; however, these rates will be available only until April 1, 2014.
Since the dates of the congress lie within the peak travel season, it is advisable to reserve hotels as soon as possible. For those wishing to secure hotel accommodations, online reservation is highly recommended. Participants who have completed their congress registration for WCHR 2014 can make a hotel reservation as follows:

Hotel Reservation Deadline: April 1, 2014 (Based on Korean Time, GMT+9hrs).
* Please note that hotel room allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, but room availability cannot be guaranteed even before the deadline as the congress period lies within the peak season.
All hotel reservations are arranged by the Housing Bureau. Please do not contact the hotels directly for any changes or cancellations.
All room rates are per room, per night and include tax and service charge.
* Breakfast is NOT included in your room rates; therefore, you need to additionally apply and pay for your
breakfast when reserving the hotel or you are able to reserve breakfast on-site.
Your reservation must be accompanied by your credit card information by April 1, 2014 to guarantee your booking, and the payment shall be compeleted when you check-out.
Free shuttle services will be provided from accommodations as below EXCEPT for the Jeju Wonder Resort, Jeju Poonglim Resort and Jungmun Resort to Venue (ICC Jeju) during the Congress.
* The participants who will stay NO Shuttle services accommodations are recommended to take a taxi to
get to the venue. Please refer to the table below to check the taxi rate from the each accommodation to

Located just a 7 minute drive from Jungmun tourist complex, the Jungmun Resort offers air-conditioned rooms with simple kitchen facilities including a rice cooker, small refrigerator and kitchen wares. Also TV, small dining table, twin beds and bathroom for a shower are facilitated.
The resort offers barbecue facilities and outdoor seating.
Situated near Teddy Bear Museum, Botanical Garden Yeomiji and Cheonjeyeon Falls are only five minutes away by car from Jungmun Resort.
Jeju Poonglim Resort is located between Seoguipo downtown and Jungmun Tourist Complex and it is the true resort hotel where guests can enjoy the view of both mountain and ocean. The hotel is surrounded by palm trees and the area is full of tropical atmosphere.
There are 246 guestrooms. All the guestrooms have only one double bed, so two additional guests can fully enjoy the Korean traditional heating system by sleeping on an ondol floor bedding, not on a western style bed. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen as the rooms are condominium type. The view from a room is wonderful. There is a walkway from promenade to the beach.
With a stay at Wonder Resort Jeju in Seogwipo, you'll be minutes from Jeju World Cup Stadium and close to Cheonjiyeon Waterfall.
This hotel is within the region of Jeju Teddy Bear Museum and Pinx Country Club.
All 131 rooms at the hotel are well-appointed with necessary amenities to ensure that each guest's satisfaction. Each room is equipped with cooking facilities and a double bed or twin beds for only two guests. Therefore two additional guests who will stay deluxe room need to use traditional Korean mats that could be slept on.
Participants are strongly encouraged to pay room rates by credit card as it is a more accurate and quicker method.

Reservation Confirmation
After your reservation is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your reservation details. If you do not receive the confirmation email within two weeks of your reservation, please contact the Housing Bureau at reservation@hair2014.org. And please note that modification will not be allowed after you receive the confirmation email; if you need to modify your reservation information, you can also reach the Housing Bureau by e-mail.
